Hi,
The University of Edinburgh runs an English Language programme designed for LL.M students, which can be taken via distance learning to assist in improving your language skills, but it also has a lot of very useful legal content. Ideal preparation for IELTS or TOEFL! Its session titles are:
* Course Introduction
* Academic legal reading skills
* Legal vocabulary development 1, 2 & 3
* Reading case reports 1 & 2
* Academic legal writing skills 1, 2 & 3
* Using and citing sources
* On-line debate
* Reading statutes 1 & 2
* Constructing arguments 1 & 2
* Reading EC legislation
* Reading EC cases
* Reading legal journal articles
* Essay review and feedback
Each session covers 1 week. More information is available on the website .
WIPO run short-course on IP which you may find useful depending on your intended subject of study:

Hoep this helps.
