If the courses are available at the University concerned and if you are not applying for a specialist LLM, you can combine any kinds of modules.
However, it might be possible to give an apt reply, if you could give information about the University you intend to attend.

Most probably you can take the subjects there but they may be conditional upon workability of the time-table.
Secondly, you might find it impossible to get into a University like LSE/Oxford with such a diverse interest range simply because they may look upon this as a lack of focus towards one's goals in life. However, you might be in a position to convince them about viability and practical utility of your interests.
