I think most Scottish universities (Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee) offer January intakes. Dont know about Irish universities. Sorry.

Edinburgh does not have spring start enrollments. I've heard that Aberdeen does but I could not say for sure. Because most LLMs are set up with the first six months being courses and the last six months being dissertation prep and writing the spring enrollment proves tricky for taught programmes. It could be different for distance programmes.
Best of luck.

I can confirm that Aberdeen has spring enrollment, as I am a 2010 spring enrollee. I can also recommend the LLM program in international commercial law! It is set up so that you do a lot of work independantly--you only have classes 3 days a week. The rest of the time you are expected to be researching/writing assignments and preparing seminar topics. Over all, I would say that I've learned quite a bit of material that will be useful when I return to practicisng law.
