Hi,
I'm currently attending a L3 in law and in philosophy at the Université Paris 1 (la sorbonne) and I am considering leaving France next year. Nevertheless, it turns out to be difficult.
Indeed, a LLM programme requires a Maîtrise in law (now called M1) even if a licence in law is considered to be equivalent to a LLB. However, my two licences allow me to apply for a master degree in another related field (MA, MSC).
I would like to know if it is possible to join a LLB programme only for the latest year. Otherwise,it is possible to apply for a LLM after a master degree in a related field (such as Antrhopology and Law, Law and society, International policy, etc...) and does it look to you as a profile which is providing a real chance of being admitted at last in a LLM programme.
Finally would you counsel me to study until obtaining a M1 in France.
