What about experience/interships

Everything counts, obviously. But like I said, you already have a pretty good case because you will (inshallah) be enrolling as a barrister who had a 2:1 in undergrad.

In my case, I did not have that many internships, but I did have a three-year A-levels tutoring experience which probably had an impact. I think it just boils down to the strength of your references and the conviction in your personal statement. Hope that answers your concerns. The only thing that I'd be slightly worried about is that you have applied very late; but, I am sure your background etc will cover up for that.

i just read this thread and didnt apply to UCL because my toefl score is 102 and they want 109. However, i already got accepted to most of the universities i applied even if i was beyond the deadline. do you think its still worth trying to apply for UCL even though its passed the deadline and the TOEFL 7 points lower?
