can anyone please explain me, can I accept a conditional offer from one university and then, when I get offers from the others I reject the first acceptance?? Can there be any problems about such later rejection??

Once again you have to check with the university you have been accepted to.
Most unis are ok with that, specially when its a conditional offer.

I would also like to know if anybody here has any kind of experience with rejecting an offer you already accepted. Or what kind of reasons are acceptable for getting an extension on the term for accepting an offer.
