I have an important question about references for Oxford.
Do you know if they accept references submitted in paper form? my professors have some troubles using pc...

I had the exact same problem. Then I contacted the university and they replied that there is no problem if you submit paper references together with your online application. Hope that helps.

So the essential is that both online application and paper format references are submitted by 21st of January. Is it correct?

I don't know the exact answer to that question, but in my case (I applied online and sent in paper references) I did the entire registration process just in case... in fact, I don't think you can submit your online application without doing that...

with the term "registration" do we mean giving name last name address and e-mail, or do we mean the specific "REGISTRATION PART"? I ask this because if I register my referees they will receive an e-mail by Oxford and I fear that they could get confused and not able to manage the situation.. they are not very comfortable using computers....what do you think about this problem??help appreciated..

I mean the entire registration process (i.e., providing name and email). I was in the same position as you are... so I just told them to ignore the email and focus on sending in the paper reference.
