Not at all. Btw, is there a way to find out about the number of applicants before Oxford releases the stats?

I did too. Does anyone know if we will know the outcome in March or April? Oxford website said 8-10 weeks from the deadline.

So, what are the best masters in Law, Economics and Finance, either in the UK, USA, or Europe, other than MLF ?

Not sure and I also doubt if there is a straight answer to that. For instance, I took the Harvard LL.M last year and I really liked it. It's general but you do have a chance to tailor your program depending on your interests (there are countless course offerings to choose from). I took courses mainly on Corporate and Finance. So my point is even general LL.M could present you a good opportunity to specialise.

yeah, you can choose modules available in general LL.M to specialise in the area you want. However, not every general LL.M has the modules you want.
Also, I think specialist LL.M is better than choosing your own combination of modules for a General LL.M. I don't know but it might be one of the reasons behind you applied for the MLF after taking Harvard LL.M.

I fully agree, not every general LLM would give you all the modules you need to specialise. For example, I wasn't able to take up more finance courses hence my application for the MLF.
