My understanding was that they did not send offers until March and then continued until April. And maybe some letters were sent before that to some candidates.
However, I've been reading the latest posts and seems the process is different. Is there like a first round of offers and then, based on whether they are acceted or rejected and other round of offers is sent and so on?
So if we haven't heard anything yet, it's OK? Or should I start worrying and hope for better luck in a second round?
Also, any of you heard from them by email? I haven't received any emails, just letters by post regarding reception of my file and so on.
Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.

Hi all,
Congratulations to those who have since received offers and good luck to those still waiting. Sometimes this forum is a blessing, to hear from friends who are in the same position, but equally I know that it can be excruciating when you realise that offers are being made and without any luck thus far on your part. I hope all turns out well I can get to meet you all at Cam/Ox in September!
(By the way, I'm not from India! I'm British)

Actually, Jag, I think I have an explanation for why quite a few Malaysians have gotten offers so early. There is this faculty scholarship specifically for one Malaysian taking the LLM. I have e-mailed to ask about it, and Ms Suzanne has replied that she would be sending out e-mails to all Malaysian offer-holders about it shortly. Perhaps, on this restricted scale, there is a selection based on countries. Looking at all the other offer-holders, the selection seems to be completely random.

Does anyone have an idea of when Oxford are likely to start making offers?

Hoho, that's a serious matter to me.... I've been putting all my intention onto Oxford. Looking at last year's entries, it would be around mid March.

Yah, its crazy. My applications process was quite cumbersome too, you know it jags. Online applications-missing details etc etc. Its been quite a ride....

Jag, the scholarship which I have mentioned is a little different, in a sense that we know nothing more than its existence. We don't apply for it together with the course application, as with other scholarships. What we will be notified shortly is the application procedure itself. Well, I don't really know what I could deduce from this though. Let's just hope that India is next ok.

Yah! Let's hope India is next! And also that they make loads of offers to Indians!

Does it have anything to do with how early your application was submitted? I think someone had suggested that if you had gotten your application in as soon as applications were open you would be considered first?
