Would any MPhil or DPhil applicants be willing to write back and ask if the email means the BCL won’t be released on Friday?
In my timezone 4pm UK time is veryyyy early in the morning and it would save me a sleepless night of waking up and refreshing!

Also, bump! If anyone in the UK is able to call the gradmissions team and ask if BCL is definitely not coming out today, it would be a quick way to save us all some anxiety.

I called - the admissions person on the phone said that they didn't know and recommended that we keep an eye out on the self service portal. Not very helpful, I know, but at least we've called now!
