I need your opinions on the following -

1. Which are the best law schools in the UK for business, commercial and corporate laws ? Since the deadlines for oxford and Cambridge are already over, which other colleges can I apply to? Are these as good as oxford and Cambridge or they are second tier?

2. Who would be the best to get recommendation letter from ?

3. I had my entire education in English. Do the best unis generally give a waiver for IELTS AND TOEFL or they generally do not ?

You've heard my opinion on your first question already, but on your second question I haven't said anything (except in relation to Oxford). The law schools in the UK prefer academic references (unlike US-based schools who also accept professional references). I think the best option is to get letters from former professors that you've a good relationship with and that will be willing to say nice things about you (comparison with peers, overall assessment of your academic performance and things like that). About question 3, I dont know if the universities tend to waive the English language requirement, but I do know theres the possibility to ask them for it. Best of luck.

I agree with Beicon, you need academic references for UK schools. As far as corporate law LLMs, look at the modules offered by the institutions. Corporate law covers a wide range of possibilities so you should see which schools offer modules in which you are interested.
RE you English, exam waivers are rare, even with a completely English education unless it is from an English speaking country.
Best of luck.
