Different Universities have different entrance requirements. Most scholarships that are not offered directly by the institution would require you to have an offer from an institution, and do not, to the best of my knowledge, stipulate which grades you have.

However, many application deadlines for scholarships are closed, so you would have to act quickly if you wished to gain entry in the UK for September.
