Hello,
I am going to apply for PhD program in Maritime law. But I don't have any idea about universities at UK about this subject. Which university is better on maritime law? Also which city is prefertable for a student? In addition, how can I prepare PhD research proposal?

Swansea and Southampton tend to be great choices for Maritime (at least in terms of LLMs...)
I'd go with Southampton overall in terms of student life - the city has a bit more diversity, also it's much easier to get to London. :)
For a PhD, I'd assume you'd be making your choice based on the faculty and who lines up best with your research interests. I'd start there.
