When is the best date to apply for these universities? Would the end of october or the beginning of november be a good moment to send your application?
Little question: in Belgium universities give grades ranging from 0 to 100 per cent theoretically, but I think that the highest points are around 85 per cent. Would grades between 70 and 78 be good grades for these both universities?
(and for cambridge)
Or can you boost your application with a very good personel statement?
LSE and UCL

Hi,
I am a current belgian llm student at ucl. I sent my applications the second half of november, that's definitely early enough. My average score was around 77% and I was accepted by ucl and rejected by cambridge (did'nt apply for LSE) I don't think it always depends on the grades only, but also if there are a lot of other applicants of your country... I don't think the personnal statement is very important in the uk, but i may be wrong. Ranking is more important, so they can see how good you are compared to the other students of your year.

I am also with UCL... scholar, applied in January :-P unconditional...
I think it is a bit late now to apply to any of oxbridges and LSE... but you should try LSE definetely... November is a tough period in LSE... officially the site might say that enrollment on LLM is closed... that is what I saw last year.

Depends on which course you are applying! if you are applying for a Law degree(LLM and above) you should apply as soon as possiable, that is before christmas time, as after new year they will start processing applications.
answering your questions on entry requriments to LSE. as far as i know, the school require 1st-2.1 degree, that is between 62-100, not less. and as for LLM degree theyr require 70-100%.
hope this help.

Does UCL ask for ranking? I didn't see that their list of materials reqired to be submitted.
Would UCL/LSE possibly admit somone in this situation:
School grading system: The highest grade possible is (first honors) 95%; average grades given is 78; honors are given to those obtaining final grade of 85%. Applicant got 83%
Does this compare in any way to anyone who was accepted at UCL?
