i am an indian doing my llb final year
i wanted to do an LLM in intellectual property and patent rights in leading university in UK
i wanted to do it in the academic year commencing from september 2006
if anybody can help me to sort details for getting into a university i will be very thankful

try in cambridge or oxford as they r the best in UK ...after that consider LSE if u want to go by brand name. Otherwise pick up any college in USA specialising in IPR ...go there

Have a look at University of Edinburgh School of Law: LL.M Innovation, Technology and the Law (face to face and distance learning).

Entrance for the programme taught on-campus is very soon (end of April), but the application deadline for the programme taught via distance learning is in August. The LL.M is taught by the AHRB Centre for Studies in Intellectual Property and Technology Law, in the School of Law.

There are many other good universities in the UK as well. You should also consider that it is really hard to get accepted by Cambridge, Oxford and LSE...
