llm in Intellectual Property

Hi,
I wanted to do LLM in Intellectual Property, so can anyone tell me the procedure in the said course in uk and the way they assess the students and is it tough and whether everyone applying for the LLM gets through it with a degree, I mean whether they flunk anybody or not, I am a bit confused on this point.

And what are the job prospective after that and how much one can get.
