Hey all,

Ive been writting a bit about my choices in regards to my LLm in human rights, when suddenly it occurred to me (probably way too late) that I might be better off with a degree in international law.

I would like to work at international/government level on issues surrounding development, human rights, trade, aid etc... I would also like to have the skills to work with people "on the ground", capacity building etc..

I am afraid that an LLM in human rights will be too specalised if I decide to go for a job outside the field of human rights but at the same time, an LLM in international law could be too broad.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
jo
