Hi all-

I am a practising lawyer from Turkey. I have about 2 years of experience as an attorney. I practised law in the fields of contracts law, real estate law and debt enforcement.

I would like to apply for a LLM in Finance in order to further my career and gain insigt to the world of corporate finance. I would like to be introduced not only to the regulations but also to the detailed functioning of private equity firms, venture capital, investment banks, etc...

I have made some research. I guess, Queens Mary, Newcastle, Oxford, Westminster got such a program. In the States, Boston University got a LLM in finance & law. Would you recommend those programs? And what are my chances of getting accepted?

My TOEFL is 105 ibt. My grade avarage was 2,8/4,0 in the college. I graduated from a reputable law faculty in Turkey. What do you think of my chances?

Thanks...
