As an international student I have studied in different countries. I enthusiastically recommend overseas students to attend the LLM in Corporate Finance Law program.
I strongly believe that studying an LLM in Corporate Finance Law will not only greatly enhance knowledge, entrepreneurship and instinct of students, but also will be an invaluable enrichment in their integral growth.
During my stay in the University of Westminster, I have had the opportunity to meet and interact with some of the most talented and qualified lawyers and financiers of the sector. Lecturers are probably its best asset. They are always ready to give, advise and guide with tremendous leadership and commitment. Another key driver for the success of the program is the great diversity of the student body with different backgrounds, that enrich the program.
The LLM provide students with a competitive advantage over the average lawyers. It has one of the most diversified programs with a business and financial orientation. Thus, I believe the program has the sufficient potential to place itself among the top 5 within the United Kingdom in the near future.
Therefore, I strongly encourage new students to pursue the LL.M in Corporate Finance Law in the University of Westminster.
Sincerely,
Galo Rosello Soberon

Hello there, Galo Rosello Soberon!
Your enthusiasm for the University of Westminster LLM Corporate Finance Law is very appealing. However, I would like to ask you if you have some info on the LLM International Commercial Law of the same university. I am accepted to the program but not sure yet about whether to attend it or not. Or if you have contact with some of the former students from LLM International Commercial Law, I would be very much thankfull.

Hello there ..
I would like to say to you that this programme has a range of benefits for people who are working or/and studying in fields of Law and Finance. This course is enjoyable and gives the opportunity to combine between Law and Finance. As a fully enrolled student at the above programme, I would like say the general atmosphere at the university encourages students to do their best by offering a complementary library and meeting qualified lecturers.
Many Thankss

LLM corporate finance law at University of Westminster is wonderful. The modules are diverse and interesting.
You will acquire a good combination of finance and law, which will help you a lot whether you want to become a lawyer specializing in finance, an in-house attorney or a compliance officer at financial sector, or to start your own business.
You will not regret.

Nobody ever starts a thread like this for the top-tier universities' LLMs. This one must be really good!!

I'll consider this program. Seems to be a plausible mixture of law and finance... If only they admitted me..

Ive just withdrawn my UCL offer's acceptance and shot off my Westminster application do you think I stand a chance, even if I apply this late? Oh God Im so desperate I think Ill get a rejection for sure
Oxbridge have told me to bugger off how can I dream of getting an offer from Westminster? The competition for a place there is far tougher.
Please can anyone advise on my chances of gaining admission?
Maybe someone from the marketing team whos posted this thread and has been using this site to advertise their LLM programme could put out some tips for everybody here.

You've shot yourself in the foot there, you should've kept UCL as your insurance - it's by no means guaranteed that you'd get accepted by Westminster.
.....if Oxbridge don't want you, surely Westminster won't.
Sorry to be a realist.

"hereby recommend", "come and have a try"
Really? You're happy with that? I have to think you're not happy with that.
You make it sound like a medieval-themed county fair.

Youre right!!!!! I really shouldnt have let UCL go... Oh bugger! I think its time I face the truth a Westminster LLM is too much for me.
Jokes aside, why on Earth would somebody post something like that??? Do they really think people are that foolish? Do they believe we cant tell advertisements from an actual post reporting ones experience as an LLM student at some university?
If this lad (or girl, dont know which) had come here and started saying how his/her experience at Westminster was, nobody would be laughing at him/her, but instead he/she wrote a ridiculous post using words that clearly show how stupid (and to some extent, naïve) the whole thing is.
