A newbie to the forum, so be gentle.

I have been looking into the LLM at Cambridge for 2010 start and I have seen the designations 'e', 'c' and 'i' for the LLM papers:

and I am therefore wondering could I specialise at all... e.g. 'Master of Laws (LLM) in the specialisation: Commercial Law' - where 4 'c' (commercial) papers were taken.

I imagine not, but would like clarification.

In response to the original post, I'm pretty sure Cambridge say that, unless there are timetable classes, a student can take any four modules and so yes, you could take 4 which are designated 'c'.
