Aberdeen offers an LLM in Property Law. From what I heard, it's a very good university. Maybe you should check out their homepage (www.abdn.ac.uk).

According to the advanced program search on this website only the University of Miami School of Law offers such program in the US.

There is a new Real Estate Law LLM in Germany, offered by University Münster. Courses are taught in German, so this may not be for everyone....
