I did the joint LL.M last year and I am more than happy about it! Firstly, I got a dual qualification in one year, secondly, the quality of teaching was excellent, especially at the University of Dundee and thirdly i think that the joint LL.M is a lot better than a mere LL.M degree. You are also well guided and prepared for writing your dissertation.
I would highly recommend people to do this LL.M!

I'm a Chilean lawyer and last year I succesfully completed the Joint LL.M Programme at Dundee and Cergy Pontoise. I must say that I could not make a better decision. Opportunities such as attending seminars and lectures in both common and civil law jurisdictions and having classes in reputed law firms in the heart of Paris are part of this exciting programme. I would strongly recommend the legal research module which help me to write my dissertation and essays.

Hold an LL.M. from Dundee have helped me to find a job in one of the best law firms in Chile and thinking in an academic career in the future.
