Of the upper-tier UK law schools, these offer specialized programs:
LSE
KCL
QMUL
UCL
Edinburgh
Glasgow

From my point of view, QMUL and Glasgow seem to have the best expertise in this field. QMUL esp. has a great variety of courses that go very deep into the topic, e.g. IP aspects in medicine, etc etc.
