Good morning,
My name is María and I´m a Spanish student. I´m currently finishing my law degree at University of Deusto and I would like to apply for an International Commercial Law LLM but, I´m overwhelmed with all the opportunities and universities offering this type of program. I am really interested in this area of the law and the UK is the perfect destination for that.
My options are:
- University of Glasgow
- City University London
- University of Aberdeen
- Durham University
- University of Nottingham
- University of Westminster
- Queen Mary
I think English will not be a problem as I meet the requirements (IELTS +6.5). Moreover, I have done my final project in English and 1/3 of the subjects too. I have also worked in a legal practice as a paralegal for 5 months. The problem I have are my grades. The first years of university were not the best for me so the chances are that once my LL.B. is awarded it will be 2:2.
I would really appreciate that you could tell me which universities are more flexible regarding this fact or what other options do I have.
Thank you.

Hello Maria - at University of Westminster we will consider a good 2.2 degree for most courses. We also take into account other legal experience etc.
