Hi Abdulfattah,
Since you already have admission, have you tried the Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program (IFP)? Those are very good and if you qualify, they pay for your tuition, accommodation and a small stipend. Also check if Tanzania offers the Commonwealth Scholarships, those could also help you a great deal. If all fails and you really want to study at Southampton, look for a UK citizen to cosign for you a loan, though these are very expensive and I would advise against it.
