University of Nottingham and University College London both are reputed law schools in UK for Masters in Environmental Law. If you have interest in Energy Law/ Natural Resources etc then University of Dundee and University of Aberdeen can be considered. All are excellent Law schools and offers good LL.M. programmes
Make your own decision based on your own interests and research. Go through the modules offered by the university and get yourself assured whether they fits in your criteria.

Some scottish law schools focus more on oil and gas business - so you may rather consider the english ones.
