got scholarship but still not apply LLM PIL

i'm from malaysia.last week i'd got my scholarship to do my LLM in international law?would you all suggest to me which is the best univ to do it? i intend to choose Nottingham, Aberdeen, Exeter and others...but i'm still not apply, in most cases, are the universities would give place to those who get scholarship? or they still look at your class of degree / CGPA..i'd got 2nd upper oly 3.1 CGPA...

Class of degree is important, but your overal grades will be taken in to consideration also. If you have a 2:1 classification, then I believe that would satisfy the ones you've mentioned.

does "others" include Edinburgh, and if so does it include distance learning (www.law.ed.ac.uk/distancelearning/). One of our first LL.M (distance) students was located in Malaysia. our degree helped her in gaining employment in your country too! An excellent result.

Malaysia is an amazing country, I had the fortune to stop by KL and Penang last year. I couldn't stop for long, but I intend to return for longer in the near future!
