I've heard that some guys of Mjur/BCL failed the final in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Does Oxford, unlike other law schools in the UK and US, really flunk overseas students without giving any chances to re-sit or compensate for that? If so, I will be more reluctant to apply for Oxford in the following year. Does anyone have idea about it?
Cheers,
Fail to get the degree?
