Hello,

I have received an unconditional offer for the LLM in Commercial Law at the University of Edinburgh. I'm still weighing my options, so if someone would be kind enough to answer a few of my questions. Has anyone here studied the programme above at the UoE, and if so how would you rate your overall experience with it? How does it compare to other LLM programmes at the UoE? What is the average monthly cost of living in Edinburgh, excluding accommodation but including food?

Hi, I don't know if this is of any help, but a friend of mine who I studied law with at Trinity College, Dublin told me that the Edinburgh LLM was the best experience she ever had academically. Excellent facilities, beautiful campus and city and great teaching. I am going to Cambridge next year, but if I hadn't been accepted, I would have gone to Edinburgh (instead of e.g. the London universities or Durham).
