City has launched a two year taught postgrad degree in law which will run from this September. Students will be able to take an M.Jur in International Commercial Law, as well as an M.Jur in International Competition Law and M.Jur in Maritime Law. Specialisations are also available in Banking and International Dispute Resolution.

I road tested the M.Jur with a number of major law firms who were enthusiastic at the idea of postgraduate law students getting a good grip of two or more major areas of law, for instance, by being able to take a group of courses in banking, tax and litigation over a two year period.
