Hi guys,
I'm a chilean lawyer, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2013 with a 6.0 (out of 7.0) overall grade, which is equivalent of 2:1.
I think I have a suficient amount of work experience: during my senior year I worked as a paralegal in a big law firm in Santiago; after graduation I did an internship in the human rights office of the Ministry of Justice, and since April 2014 I've been working as a lawyer in a boutique law firm that specializes in public law. I'm also writing two papers that I'll try to publish before december.
I'm planning to apply for the Public Law LLMs in LSE, UCL and QMUL, to start in 2015. I know that I meet the grade requirements in all of them. I will also take the IELTS exam next month; I need to study for it, but I believe I'm capable of getting the scores I need. Do you guys think I have chances to get accepted in any of those programs?
Thanks!
