Hey all........have any one of you (international applicants) got a Confirmation of Acceptance to Studies (CAS) statement for Visa Applications from your respective universities??

I got my CAS statement from LSE in May.
Which uni are you heading to? If you have not recived it by now, you should contact them if you are worried.

I'd contact them ASAP... I hear visa has become a very troublesome process lately and the sooner you get your CAS, the sooner you can get this issue over with...

When you'r planning to apply for the visa...i mean, one cannot apply before 3 months of the course start date. I guess, last week of June would be fine for applying.

Yes, will be applying for my visa in July... Waiting for required docs to arrive from the University...

UCL hasn't sent its CAS numbers yet. Within the next few weeks though. The admissions/international office said a student can only apply for a Tier 4 within 3 months of the beginning of the programme so the delay (for lack of a better word) is not material.

I have been told by the British Council that the sonner you apply the better.
Iam just waiting for a letter from sholarship committee then going stiraght ahead especially coz one has to do medicals.
