If you accept an offer say, at Queen Mary, do you absolutely have to go? What if you find you don't have the funds to go and want to defer?
I don't want to lose my place at QM, but I am still trying to figure out all the living arrangements, my loans, etc. Can I defer if I am unable to make it this year?
Can you accept but defer if you change mind?
