Hi all,

I just got a conditional offer from the Oxford MSc Master of Law and Finance (MLF). I am now choosing between it and the MCL at Cambridge.

I think the MLF is mainly a finance degree, as indicated by its title MSc. It also expects students to do some calculations which I am not sure if I could handle. For my career, I will join a law firm specialising in commercial disputes and ultimately I wish to be a regulator in the financial sector, so I guess the MCL, which is a law master with a corporate focus, should be more relevant?

I have a week to consider the conditional offer, please advise. Thanks!
