I also sent mine a couple of days ago and I am going to send the Trust forms later - since there is no indication as to the figure of the referee, I think you can opt for sending a ref from the refeere whom you used for admission or from a new person... by the way not sure thatg it should necessarily be a diff letter since diff. people will read it

The referee part for the trusts application is v confusing. By a "personal" referee, are they looking for someone who has known you for a long time, but isn't in the field of law? Or is it more important to have someone in law, even if they haven't necessarily known you for a long time?

Well, I guess it's always better to have a referee who knows you as a lawyer/student, and ideally for quite a long time (at least 2-3 years)
