I don't remember exactly, but must have been the 13th of February or so.

Mine was changed today to "conditional offer made", so I guess I will receive my conditions in due course.

I still have the "awaiting approval by GAO" status and haven't received any further emails since Feb 5. Anyone else here from Latin America in the same situation?

My GAO updated to conditional offer made on Wednesday and I received all my self-service details yesterday afternoon.
