I am eligible to sit for the QLTS without any additional degree or course, but I am not sure that I would be able to pass all stages without any sort of preparatory course. Hence, I've come up with the idea of the Bristol MA in Law because it seems to be given by a fairy reputable law school, in a fairy reasonable time (2 years) and seems to cover all areas of the QLTS. However, I do have a few question I would like your help with:

1. Any idea how hard this new QLTS is?

2. Any idea about the job prospects in the UK following the Bristol MA and the actual qualification as a solicitor? Please assume here I have 6 years' experience in M&A in a civil law jurisdiction (one of the BRIC countries) and an EU passport which clears me of any visa problems.

3. Any idea about the best institution offering degrees similar to the Bristol MA?
