Hi.. I am an advocate practicing in India with a CGPA of 3.4 from a good Indian College.. what are my chances of making it through BCL Oxford.
Also, what is the most important aspect of the application that should be kept in mind.
Are there any sample SOP's etc available anywhere for reference purposes

Make your GPA a 3.8+/4 and you might have a chance of you application being looked at properly. Unless you have a few academic law awards in conjugation with that 3.6 average and good work experience, then you might have a good chance.
But if you do not , then your chances are slim and you will waste money on the application.
Also, those kind of lifeless people who prefer not to work and or engage, but come out with a first class for each of their years in University tend to have good chances. Dont be this kind of person.
