Hi,
I would highly recommend the City Law School. The City offers: (i) internships with major international legal firms and world class multi-national corporations (ii) the unique City insider programme, (iii) the law and practice forum (iv) career planning and much more. I have personally declined unconditional offers from UCL and other UK Universities. I am currently completing LLM in International Commercial Law and I am absolutely happy with my choice. Good luck with you application with the City:)

frankly im not in pursuit of the material. internships or jobs with the fancy multicorps intrigue me as much as angels and pinheads.
im looking for engagement and understanding. this means - a stimulating curriculum, a chance for expression, academics who know what they're talking about and a wide range of resources at the student's disposal.

I see. So what is your plan upon completion of LLM in International Commercial Law? Would you like to work for a legal firm or an NGO or maybe to write a novel? You might as well consider doing a masters in sociology.

well thats a very good question.
ambition wise im still in limbo
i guess at the moment im still young and I will eventually find my niche.
however, again i think its important to first find out what ure interested in and work towards a specialisation in that sector. everything else will ultimately fall in place eventually wouldnt it =)
i just wanna learn how to deal with the minutae and the fundamental in several levels of abstraction. thats what im looking for in a masters
