Hello,
I've recently accepted the offer to attend the LLM in QM in 2012/2013.
Initially I was fully mindsetted to either attend the Commercial and Corp or the International Business programs, taking 1 class in the financial area, 1 class in the commercial contracts area and 1 class in the litigation area.
Although it is undeniable that the 2 strongest areas in QM are Arbitration and IP, after checking the CV from the most probable teacher's in the finantial and commercial modules I've really become very well impressed with them.
Can anyone give me some input on the QM's financial and commercial modules (their content and teaching)?

TY
