Hi guys, i received an email from susan wade on the 31st of March notifying me of my offer. But i'm wondering when the letter from the Board of graduate sudies would come.? Plus, is it guaranteed that one would receive scholarship if one graduated with a first class degree in law from one's university?

There is no such guarantee. Most people who get admitted to Cambridge have first class degrees (as the prospectus says, a first class degree is normally a minimum requirement), but very few are offered scholarships.
The other thread referred to by Dutchman should answer your other questions.
