We are two friends, age 26, who shall study at King's College from September. We would like to live in a flat in London, but are having a hard time finding one suitable. We only require one bedroom and a sitting room that can be used as a bedroom.

If anyone know about any flats for rent that can suit to male, non-smokers, safe payers.....please let me know :o)
