Have any UK/EU students been given an offer of accommodation for Sep? I'm just trying to weigh up my chances, cheers.

You definitely have a chance of receiving an accomodation offer. I'm from Belgium and I got an offer to stay at Langton Close. I've sent my application for accomodation somewhere in March and got the offer the last week of July.
Didn't you get the acknowledgement postcard with the date by when you can expect a response?

(By the way: I accepted the offer.)

You definitely have a chance of receiving an accomodation offer. I'm from Belgium and I got an offer to stay at Langton Close. I've sent my application for accomodation somewhere in March and got the offer the last week of July.

I'm irish and I received an offer to stay in Langton close, my application was even a little late, I think they didn't get it until the start of July. Good luck with your application!

The guy at the accom office did say however, that it was highly unlikely I would get something - but I suppose they don't want to build anybody's hopes up. Looking forward to meeting everyone in September! :-)
