I got offer letter from both Universities for coming september course... I may chose Aberdeen. Since I'm interested in course module.

I think it is not different between Sept or Jan course. But if you start January. Upon arrival there, it might be too cold.
(I'm from (very) warm country.)

Yep, it's pretty cold so take some warm clothes!! (; We often get snow in March although it usually warms up after that. To my horror, Boston MA is much colder than Aberdeen so perhaps it is not that bad after all!

For me.. it is opposit.
Now my country is 41 degree celsius !
(105.8 degree fahrenheit!)

hey im going to UoA also this Aug, if i were u i'ld prefer UoA, the best in Scotland and top 5 in UK. I take the oil and gas because this is a rare program (i only find it in UoA, Dundee, and Houston). Anybody confirmed for the accomodation?? I have booked the unite-student accomodation but haven't get the confirmation yet!

It is interesting for me to know somebody who chose something new and rare. LIke some of my friend who is interested to take LLM in corporate governance.

For me I chose something broader and general like int' commercial laws (seemed there are people like me everywhere)

I have booked Unite accom. at King Street Exchange.
Many recommended its convenience.

So you will start there Sept., right ? I will go Aberdeen in early July (to start English Pre-session(My english isn't so good) I have not stopped working until end of June. / :-( So short time to prepare myself for change.

Yes.... the presession for LLM start August.

But I will arrive Aberdeen in July for preparation and other english course.

I interest to take one subject in Oil and Gas (studyinh about contract in Oil and Gas business). After reviewing the course module in student handbook (of last year that I found in internet) .. I found it interesting.

Your information is correct fact... I thiink it applies to all UK city. Weather here is unpredictable. Some day it's sunny in the morning and then 10 am it rains. I think it is truth that here there are 4 season in one day. Despite to my country there are only 3 season, Hot, Hotter, Hottest!!

Yes, But it is not that bad as I expect. People in University has good English accent (even I who from asian country, I can listen to them, I think you will not have any problem)

Friends here are cool! from many countries.. so variety. Because it is English class. Aberdeen is quiet city,.. don't expect the light and sound all night.. I like this point.
I have gone here and there around. But I have not made any real trip... we will meet soon !
