Never give up.
I would suggest to contact LL.M. admissions at the universities - e.g. the University of Exeter, which has a very strong Human Rights Programme.
Regardless of whether admissions say that a 2.2 is not enough still try applying to the universities you are interested in.
I know that City University accepts a 2.2.

Thank you very much!
I would like to ask you some tips about admission:What can give value to my application?
For example 2 years of activism in Amnesty International and an internship in a law firm for 4 mounths can help my application?
Thanks in advance :)

Basically, all the things about you are relevant. Especially, the law related aspects in the specialisation you are planning to pursue your career.
Moreover, when writing a personal statement, try to relate your experience to the programme you are applying and reason, why the LL.M. you are choosing is the one you need. Don't just basically lay down all you did in your career, but relate to the specific LL.M. and to the specific university.
