Sub-section dilema!! Should I retake the TOEFL?

M07

Hi everyone!

I've just received the TOEFL scores and I got a total score of 107 (R29, L29, W26, S23). I meet the minimum overall score 100 requirement of Columbia and Georgetown, but I slipped below the Speaking section (Columbia requires S24 and Georgetown a minimum of 25 for each section).

Should I retake the TOEFL or should I submit my application considering that the rest of my scores are pretty decent?

Thanks!
