ets.org is the best place to prepare for TOEFL test.

Attention to detail. Be careful of the acronym Test of English as a Foreign Language. TOEFL. As a native speaker, and a professional test preparation consultant, I do agree that ets.org is a good site to start. Be careful, sometimes the materials are easier than the real test, so you prepare and think that you were ready and when you take the real test it is very very difficult. In my school we do graduated learning which means that you start a little by little and build your way up until you are scoring consistently over 100 points. 

The IELTS is very similar. Using official materials from Cambridge can be good, but also make you feel falsely prepared. Make sure that you are scoring near perfect in all of the simulations, and activities that you do.
