Hi All,
I completed my LLB in 2008 and im planning to apply for LLM this year.
I was wondering if i have to take TOEFL, despite the fact that all my education has been with English as medium, infact since primary.
My LLB degree had English as medium of instruction too.
But im not sure about
1) Would an Application of a Foreign Student, loose its edge over others if its without the TOEFL Scores?
2) Would it reflect badly on my chances if i ask for TOEFL waiver?
3) What is the IDEAL TOEFL score for admission?
4) What is the ideal DATE to take TOEFL exam if im looking to submit application by mid November?
Does asking for TOEFL Waiver(LLB with Eng medium)mean loosing the edge?

Most of the schools require 100+ iBT TOEFL score.
I don't know how it would it would impact your application...
