I am asking hypothetically - would I be allowed to profit from two sholarships of different organizations at the same time? let's say one would cover the costs of living and another tuition fees? is it forbidden or no problem?

It depends on the policy of each organization. Some of them dont allow to have more than one scolarhip at the same time, even if they are for different purposes, others allow to have different scholarships, one for tuition and other for living expenses.
