Hey,
Since most applicants to scholarships have great grades, the extra curricular activities go a long way to differentiate you. Without them, you should find a way to differentiate yourself from the other applicants.
Depends also on the kind of scholarship you want in the US as full scholarships are usually harder to come by at the Masters level.
